Additional Info:	I have five years of experience with children in various settings, such as preschool teaching and helping with homework. I have the most experience with children of elementary school ages, but also have experience through volunteering with children ranging from ages 3-16. My emphasis is on tutoring in reading, writing and math. I have a passion for reading in particular. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia where I studied Child and Family Development and received academic achievements through the Dean's list and Presidential Scholar awards in my studies. My tutoring methods focus on assessing where the child and student is currently at and building on the foundation that has already been laid in that academic study. If the child does not have any familiarity with a subject the tutoring will focus on teaching the child in a way that will be helpful and encouraging for them to enjoy the area of study. I want the child and student to enjoy learning and to be encouraged through the progress they make through tutoring that they can take into their classroom and further develop their areas of enjoyment and passions for use in all areas of life!
