Additional Info:	I am a qualified Solicitor but due to current market conditions I was recently made redundant. I am attracted to this position as I am looking to take my career in a different direction and the job description is one that I feel is well suited to my skills and strengths. My role at my last firm, ELC Solicitors, was that of a Team Leader but my main area of work there was in house training. I ran a six week programme to teach and train incoming trainees on the basic principles of conveyancing. The programme involved tutorials with a written test every week and an exam every three weeks. Therefore I have experience in setting exams, invigilation and marking. During University I used to tutor children between the ages of 4-11 in English and Maths. This was not through the University but it enabled me to work with children and it was something that I really enjoyed. This also involved marking and preparing work.
