My name is Sophia Ying Feng, I have been a Professional language teacher for 6 years. I am currently working for a University in the U.S.
I am currently offering online Chinese lessons. Although many of you might be new to taking lessons online, I can assure you that the tools available these days make it a very realistic experience, just like being face to face. I also have one year of experience teaching beginner level foreign embassy staff in Beijing . I have experience teaching many different levels and applying flexible teaching methods. I got my first M.A degree in Ancient Chinese literature and got my second Master’s degree in teaching Chinese as a second language in the US. I believed that students should be self-confident, possess good interpersonal skills with native speakers, and be able to study independently and sustainably to help them master the crucial skills to survive in the target language country. In order to maintain a student’s lasting interest, learning a language should be a naturally pleasurable discovery of a new world. As it is said that: The mediocre teacher tells.
